We exist to give leaders and teams a reliable partner: someone who can steady delivery, install practical governance, unlock process improvement, and build lasting capability with AI — without the noise.
Our name reflects a simple idea. A house is structure and shelter. A compass gives direction. Intelligence multiplies what people can do. Together, that is how progress compounds.
We work closely with sponsors and cross-functional teams on business-critical programmes — often spanning finance, operations, and organisational change — and we stay accountable until outcomes and habits stick.
I founded House of Jahan to put years of hands-on delivery into one place: keeping projects on track, keeping people informed, and making improvements that stick once the workshop is over.
Most of my career has been leading complex global work across finance, operations, and organisational change. I bring dispersed teams onto the same page, mix waterfall and agile where it makes sense, and keep sponsors clear on status, risk, and decisions — without the spin.
I have led continuous improvement with robotics and automation, delivered tough migrations against tight deadlines, and run AI coaching that people actually use afterwards. Earlier on I led outbound sales teams, worked in customer service, and ran my own small business. That commercial grounding still shapes how I help organisations build or sharpen a sales function.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Digital and Technology Solutions, I am a PMP® certified project manager, and I have foundations in PRINCE2 and ITIL. I keep learning as the work demands it. I speak Dutch, Flemish, English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi fluently, I work comfortably in French and Afrikaans, and I have some German too — useful when teams and stakeholders sit across countries and cultures.
